La Cheers

La-cheers, located in the one of the busiest streets of the town, if an architect is given a chance to design a bar space with restaurant, what an architect can design without encompassing the lighting sense in his design, The brief required the venue to be equally as inviting as a restaurant, as it is as a bar – to be bustling, bright and fresh during the day and buzzing and vibrant at night.

The sleeky lighting which drives from a centre point to various artery thereby spreading lights in thin line on ceiling and walls were excellently connects and receives warm welcomes to the customers. The grey seat covers and the upholsters adds cream with the lights

VGS responded by creating a space that celebrates by the end user by adopting a a pattern of intersecting of design elements with detailing of mood lighting for epitomising an atmosphere. The restaurant embodies the simplicity of contemporary architecture with its minimal and controlled use of design elements, whilst the shiny non-linear lighting installation on the ceiling grows through the space and down the walls to make this environment more vibrant.
